Does anyone have any valuable information regarding the dates when VACs in India will start taking appointments for biometrics?

High Commissioner of Canada in India posted last night that VAC’s are not expected to be open even by end of Novmeber. I guess this might happen only post January.

AOR September 24, raised a webform on 4th October to submit my transcripts and received a reply on 14th. Would that impact the processing and the time before I received my BIL or medicals passed?

The background check section mentions this though "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Any Sep 24th AOR who have received MEP update/BIL ...As per immitracker , looks like only till 22nd Sep MEP have been passed & received BIL ...

That means they started processing your application.

• Express Entry
  • You only see the progress bar once we start processing your application.
  • If you submitted your application, but don’t see the progress bar, it’s because we haven’t started processing your application yet.
  • It may take a few weeks up to a few months for the processing bar to appear."

I had the same thing but once I got medical passed the process bar came up stating 21

IMM 5406 Additional Document form also requested. Should we fill up 2 forms? Me as an applicant and she as an applicant? How do I upload it for both of us if its only asked for me?

Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) has to be completed by the primary applicant and every member of the family who is over 18 years of age, whether or not they are accompanying the primary applicant to Canada.

So it would be just me and my wife. My parents and her parents would not be filling the forms. Right? As it states the primary applicant, spouse and children. Am I correct?
