Yes, that is correct. Which is why I believe the workload is divided into 6+ months and Less than 6 months. This would help explain PPRs before 6 months. The applications that are 6+ months (due to covid) are worked on separately.

Of course, this is just an assumption of mine.

@legalfalcon ,what's your thought on this please, my biometric expiration date is showing January 20th 2021 even I only had it in 2016 and should b 2026, that of my spouse isn't updated at all, when I checked via cic biometric verification link, it's showing that her biometric was expired on October 21 2020, even though she only had in 2019.

All thought and guidance is appreciated
