Just called IRCC talked to an agent and nothing happened with my application since January (Criminality - in progress, Security and eligibility not started). Still the same status when I called last June except for my medical was expired. This is frustrating

My GCMS notes second page shows as Eligibility:
Passed, whereas on the 13th page under Eligibility assessment the status is Passed Candidate.
What shall I take it as, is the Eligibility passed or still under review. Please advise

I am unable to found any comments from the officer in the GCMS

For it to be conclusively passed it has to be from an Officer ....if a case analyst has pass your eligibility definitely the officer will do same

They'll either send you a new medical request or extend the expired one depending on your CoR.
