I am on the same boat. AOR was Sep 24, but I received a ghost update a few days after submitting. Still waiting for MEP and BIL. I am FSW-O, btw.

Over a month and a week later, finally receiving the very first update from IRCC. Medicals are still not approved yet, but I've been asked to produce more documents, i.e., IMM5475 and IMM5669 within the next week.

Yes you can but keep in mind that where ever you give your biometric at same place you will have to submit passport for PR visa .....

Update here, application refused yesterday, reason for refusal was that my provincial nomination was withdrawn which is not true, I have two nomination certificates, the first one was revoked because I am not qualified to apply under that program but the second one is still valid when I checked on my provincial profile.

I called them yesterday for application reopen consideration and the woman that I spoke with agreed that the number on file was the one withdrawn, she promised that I will receive an update in two business days.

@legalfalcon any thought about this?

You will have to file what is called a request for reconsideration with a detailed explanation and include all proofs.
