No such letter (Acknowledgement of receipt (R10 passed) letter) sent to anyone now right?

IRCC no longer sends it, but can be requested. However, to see of your R10 is passed, you have to see you notes or call IRCC. Also, R10 is passed around the same time as when your Medicals are passed.

1 - Visa office you can get to know via phone from IRCC or Web form or GCMS note
2 - Yes submit a webform to update your info
3 - It is normal - you can try requesting for your GCMS notes or call IRCC to get the latest update like where you stand. For me I file hasn't been touched since it was transferred to VO Ottawa in November 19 2020
