Need some suggestion.

After receiving the first AOR and couple of GCKEY linked updates on email, suddenly IRCC switched to sending physical mail instead of emails for SA and transfer to VO updates. Yesterday, I received SA and transfer to VO mails dated 29th NOV and 1st NOV.

I had called IRCC last week and made sure they have my email address on file, still, I am getting physical mails.

Any suggestions, how to deal with this? I am concerned that I am going to miss or get delayed for important updates during my travel in the next 2 months.
