Its anyone's guess. Perhaps about 2 to 4 weeks for interview and 1 week for DM and then 4 to 6 weeks for Oath invite. 15 days for certificate and 15 days for passport.
Only Scarborough office has been working these days - sending Oath invites too -but others are very very slow.

Shouldn't we all have been covered by this, as far as i know mostly 2019 applicants were all delayed the right of citizenship and i see it's almost 1.5 to 2 yrs for a person to become citizens

I don't think so - the language they've used doesn't appear to apply to 2019 applicants and protects them against delays related to COVID:
1. It says it applies to applications after April 1 2021
2. It states that this would exclude exceptional circumstances. I think COVID would fall under that category (unforseen labour disruption and office closure)
3. It only applies to the 100$ few which you're only eligible for if it takes them more than 4 months from DM to the oath grant ceremony thing
If it does apply it will automatically appear in your account in July 1
