PARDON MY EXCITEMENT!! But I just received an invite for test!!!

There's hope, yet - my AOR is right around yours.. perhaps a dart will find my name one day... Le sigh.

Your interview happened before your test?

Yes, I had my interview before my test (it's not the standard).
They needed to clarify a couple of things on our process. For confidentiality reason I cannot reveal the content of the interview or the reason why we were requested before.

I received an invite for the test.

It would be nice if we could figure out how many people getting invites were cancelled tests; it's hard to tell via the spreadsheet. From what it appears, it seems that they're giving tests to people that never had the initial invite; the exact opposite of what I heard previously (giving preference to those whose tests were cancelled.)

Does anyone have any visibility into this?

This is absolutely stupid. I just got a test invite and another finger-print request at the same time. I've got my first finger-print request in Feb 2020 and got it done right away. I called IRCC and they said it's only valid for 1 year, and now I will have to do it again.

Imagine you had to wait couple of months after test to re-do fingerprints?

Test: January 20, 2021 (Passed, 19/20)
Decision Made: February 11, 2021

Hoping for the Oath email to come very soon!

If his location is Vancouver and his ceremony scheduled for April 1st, I would not be surprised if they tell him "April fool buddy, keep waiting... due to Covid". That's how useless the officers at Vancouver office are

I have seen another friend got Oath invite from Vancouver office on 1 April.

To the best of my recollection, IRCC is filling up candidates for Oath on following dates:

30 and 31 March : Scarborough
1 April: Vancouver

Oath - Waiting

Anyone in the same boat? I wasn’t expecting it to take a month to get oath invitation after status changing to decision made.

Exactly. I got the second fingerprint request 2 weeks AFTER my interview. I did my test in January and interview early March. Now I will have to wait for another month for any movement on my file. I would have been happier doing the second fingerprinting with my test. I would have got an oath invite by now.

Hang in there ! My status changed to DM after 4 days of receipt of FP results. So FP process takes 2 to 3 weeks. Hopefully in 3 weeks you would have DM and Oath invite afterwards!

My wife's application was also received in Sep 2019. We received only an AOR in Nov 2019, nothing after that - not even 'In Process' status. Waiting for some progress!

Congratulations for the journey so far. You should be getting oath invitation within the next few days!
