I can see both my wife and child e-case status, but i haven`t revived any AOR for them, i have given same email-id for all members same like i did for PR application at that time...
In my opinion, you better re-fill the form and sign for new date. Otherwise, just submit one cover letter explained why you return the application and new General IELTS. This should be acceptable as well.
Thank you. I have sent the same application package with a covering letter. Had confirmed with CIC over the phone. They said as long as it’s within 90 days of the signing of application. It’s fine to use the existing package.
I would say neither of the two options you suggested. It's definitely not for all applicants, but I don't think it is random neither.
I was implicated in managing the coaching staff in a sport organisation for youth. I was responsible to have their background checked and as soon as someone in Canada with the same gender and date of birth had a criminal record, that coach had to provide its fingerprint for RCMP to confirm he was not the person with a criminal record. My guess is that it is probably the same for citizenship.

We have sent application as family, But i have received AOR for myself only, will my wife and child receive new AOR or its included on my UCI number only
ok, it's what I thought. Unless someone applies for urgent processing, it never switches yo in process the next day. 20-40 days after AOR is what is expected.
