Finally an update on my application.
Received the invite today to take the online citizenship test.
Online test invite email received - Jan/28/2021
Test window - Feb 1st to 21st

Did they asked fingerprints to you before?

Hi there. No they didn't ask for fingerprints or any documents.

I just did my exam earlier and scored 18 out of 20. But I had a problem with taking a photo of my ID . No matter how many times I did it, it turned out blurred. Hopefully it should be fine.

It'll be shown in your GCMS notes. I'm not sure if the IRCC call center can give you this information but you can try.

Yes you can ask call center which office is processing yours.
