Did they asked fingerprints to you before?
Hi there. No they didn't ask for fingerprints or any documents.
I just did my exam earlier and scored 18 out of 20. But I had a problem with taking a photo of my ID . No matter how many times I did it, it turned out blurred. Hopefully it should be fine.

Yes you can ask call center which office is processing yours.
