On wife’s ECAS it is showing
“ we sent you correspondence for additional documents on Jan 10”

but strangely nothing was received.

waited 10 days but no letter or not even through email.

called yesterday and they confirmed they sent email but i did not get anything.

so agent put remarks to resend the email which was received yesterday.

Was this request for Fingerprints? So you called and the officer told you they sent through 'Email'? That's very concerning

If you gave email, you should receive by email. If you have not received email, no harm in calling them
