Yes. Unfortunately. It was 2 kids but somehow the printer had the same dob twice(same for both children). But the document we have saved is the correct date so no idea how that happened

I had submitted my wife application and had attached copy of the Academic IELTS as a proof for proficiency in english language. The application has been returned back.

Please advise, can i send the same application package (returned set of application) along with a proof of proficiency in English with an alternate documents or i need to refill the citizenship form.

Did they provide a slip mentioning the reason for returning?

The reason was IELTS Academic. You can only use IELTs General
