I just received an email from "Sue Day" (Advanis)asking to participate in a survey and this is what the message said -
QUOTE
You have been selected to take part in a Government of Canada survey!
We would like to hear about your experience with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada. Our records indicate that you have recently received a decision from us on an application.
UNQUOTE
The second part of the message states that I have got the survey request because I had apparently received a decision from CIC on my application.
The confusion is that I have not got any email from CIC (checked junk and spam emails too) and there has not been any changes to my profile as well.
Any idea what this means? I was planning to write a webform request in a day or two if I dont see anything.
Some guidance is appreciated.

Called IRCC to enquire about my application. Was in queue for 45 minutes and when the nice lady got connected with me she said the system is down, cannot answer application specific questions, but she can answer any general question. Extremely disappointed. Sums up my experience with this whole process since 2019.

That means your application is approved but PPR isn't yet sent due to the travel restriction. MyCic portal won't show the final decision till passport is stamped with counterfoil which is after PPR.
This email from IRCC was in my spam folder. Did anyone receive the same email recently?

what is your medicals status? I've got a total of 6 since November, the last one was in February, and the last 3 had something to do with the activity around medicals. So basically any GU now is a good sign, meaning someone has actually opened your application, and you're one step closer to the finish line.
