Okay guys good news I have finally got my PPR email
FSW Outland
CPC Ottawa
AOR : 19th September
MEP : 1st October
Biometrics: 7th October
GU1: 24th Dec
ADR : 27th December ( FBI PCC)(status changed from submitted to review to NA all within 3 days of submission).
GU2 : 14th Jan 2020
PPR : 15th Jan 2020 (14th Jan EST)

Do you know why they asked you to provide FBI PCC again? Did you provide it when you submitted your application?

I am applying under the FSW, and not CEC

Wether it is CEC or FSW any kind of work done while you are a full time student won't be counted.

Yes I did provide it but I overlooked a requirement that PCC should be taken after the last day you were present in the country ... So I had to resubmit.

As per my discussion with CIC agent today,

VO: Sydney
Eligibility: Met
Criminality: Pass
Security: In progress

May I know if Security is a longer process than Criminality?

Whether it is CEC or FSW any kind of work done while you are a full-time student won't be counted.

Link 2 is for the FSW (Federal Skill worker) and the statement was eliminated. I think for FSW it is fine.

I think the bottom line is Work done while studying in Canada is not counted. Not for foreign skilled workers.

My AOR is Sep 12 and my MP was Oct 4. CIC started checking my background a few days back. Don’t worry they will start checking yours very soon. Good luck.

Now am a bit of confused. I believe this was for those claiming Canadian experience class.

Yes I thought that as FSW you can, I claimed worked while studying part time. I'm not 100% sure though for full time study

Hi after researching for a bit I think that your experience can be used it will count as 1 year experience as long as you have the pay stubs and everything for those 2 years... @legalfalcon can you please provide some inputs here ?
