There is good post by @going2CA which gives step by step guide to call CIC... Follow that ... One more thing try to call them exactly or before 8:00 am EST wait time is like 2 or 3 mins and agents are atleast friendly that time.

This is so confusing and frustrating.
Received my third GU. But no PPR yet.......

ADR : 10th December
ADR uploaded : 11th December
ADR status : Not applicable since 12th December

1st GU : 14th December
2nd GU: 25th December
3rd GU : 10th January

At least you have GUs. My profile I’m either missing all the GUs or they not there!

Hahaha mate you can't be more right ..... I'm in same boat all these PPR make me happy and hopefull and on the either hand they fill you with heck of anxiousness and impatience.... It is like being a pendulum

Any idea how long does it take approximately for the eligibility to pass and get the PPR from this stage?

here’s the interesting part: My PR was approved from DEC 3 based on my notes. I ordered Notes and got them Jan 11 and I just called them today that I didn’t receive any email and the lady said it could possibly be that my email was entered incorrect. Now I’m waiting for my PPR again. My 30 day deadline passed already.

My profile won’t say approve until I’ve sent my passport. My GCMS notes says it’s approved and they had sent an email.

Well untill your eligibility is passed I don't think your security check will start... But seniors can help you better...

Officially I haven’t gotten PPR because they sent it to a wrong email. But from NA to PPR it took 6 days based on my GCMS notes

Mine says NA since 20 December.. no update since then
