Okay guys I need to upload a document to IRCC through my account. They have provided a place to upload my document but when I press upload the document the next screen that comes is asking for Following
1. Document Name - Straight forward
2. Document Number - No clue what this is (Please help)
3. Issue date and Expiry date.
My query is what is document number ?? any help would be appreciated

No, it would be the reference number on the PCC. And then check the issue and expiry dates

You will have to call them to get that info. But seeing as how most Ottawa people are getting PPR I guess you could wait and maybe in few days you have your confirmation

My background check seems to be stuck at

No changes since medical passed, the wait is torture but I guess we have to be patient at least the clock runs out! Anyone else who is facing the same issue?
