I think it is a website issue. Maybe maintenance? I initially thought it is my browser or something local but it seems to be from their side. I'll post here if it works for me. If you get to know a work around or if it works for you then please post here.

Hi,
I got rejection due to Australia (Victoria) license history not submitted with PCC.

After rejection.....
I requested and I got a PDF from VicRoads stating that I never held licence. Will that work? Will IRCC accept the PDF?
Or shall I ask for hard copy to VicRoads?

Also,I'm unable to book an appointment for biometrics enrolment on VFS. Anybody who's done biometrics recently please help.

Just call the provided number. Talk to the them they will ask your details like name DOB etc... Once that it done you will get your appointment notice on email or an SMS.

If tht website is down just like it was then even they can't book it. They confirmed the issue and asked to wait until it resolves. Anyway their website is working now.

I suppose not many have faced this in the past and hence aren't really aware. Hopefully this will be useful to somebody who faces the same issue in the future.
