I've raised a webform in mid-July, and here's the response:

The criminal background verification is currently valid.
Then, we proceeded to order our GCMS notes. However, we believe that the security assessment is not yet complete (here's how it looks in the second page of the GCMS).

Are we correct to assume that the officer who replied to our webform made a mistake in saying that the security verification is valid? Or is "valid" and "passed" different?
