I do not know which VO my file is at? How does one find out? Also how does it help to know the VO?

I was in a similar situation and it took about 3 weeks in this status (All passed but awaiting review by Officer). When I had called up the helpline, they told me that since all the checks have passed, this will be more of a formality and there are negligible cases that get rejected by the officer if all previous checks have passed. My case relatively longer time with the final officer but there have been cases where it has been cleared in a matter of few days. So be patient and hopefully you will hear good news soon. Buffer in some time for delays due to the Covid issue. Good Luck. !!!

There is good post by @going2CA in this thread for contacting CIC. If you can't find it you can also raise the webform. Ask specific questions like eligibility, security and criminality is passed or not. You can also asked about your VO in webform.

Ghost update does not always mean PPR. Though it's a good sign. There's some movement going on. I got a ghost update last Friday. Hope something will come out of this.

Nope. As @sunkilmoon mentioned above, it means that your process is moving forward but there's no timeline on when you receive PPR after this - specially in the situation we are living now.

• The security background verification is currently valid.
• The criminal background verification is currently valid.

Does this mean everything is pass? I called up IRCC last week and was informed that my application is under final review by an officer. What does that mean after all the stages are passed (assuming from the response to Webform)? What is the next step? Should i be worried that it is getting reviewed again?

Everything is passed- that's my opinion based on similar statuses posted this past week. PPR is the next step
