I raised CSE about a week and 3 days ago that i had crossed 7 months and this is the response i got.
Is it part of their generic reponses or my file will actually be reviewed shortly.

September 7th is no better I tell you.
Background check is yet to start, 44 days, no GCMs..

I am in the same boat, my status reads the exact same for all the categories. My AOR is 9th Sep. Sydney office too. Appears that the office is too slow. What number did you use to reach them over the phone?

Long time watcher of the thread and first time poster - I'm afraid i'm another person stuck with a slow process of PR at the Sydney office.
I did ring last week and got through to agent to advise me its and its waiting the review of a 2nd officer & awaiting background checks to be complete.



AOR - 23rd of Sept 2018
MEP - 18th of Oct 2018
ADR request -18th of Oct IMM5669 (submitted 22nd of Oct)
Ghost Update - 20th of Oct 2018

Yeah it the office is slow there but they did say my application was looking good and just to be patient - called them @ 1 613 944 4000 via Google Hangouts as i'm outside Canada.
