I have completed 7 months as of nw.my eligibility s still under review although no rr as told by cic agents.are there still chances of refusal after this amount of time ?gcms notes have been requested 3 weeks ago.

Should I be worried about my job duties vs the NOC duties? I applied for NOC 0111 (Financial Manager)

As per CIC main duties for NOC 0111:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of an accounting, audit or other financial department
• Develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures of an establishment
• Prepare or co-ordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports
• Co-ordinate the financial planning and budget process, and analyze and correct estimates
• Supervise the development and implementation of financial simulation models
• Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to senior managers and other department or regional managers
• Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
• Act as liaison between the organization and its shareholders, the investing public and external financial analysts
• Establish profitability standards for investment activities and handle mergers and/or acquisitions
• Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.

The duties as per my employer on my Employment Record sent with my EE PR application:

• preparation of creditors for payment
• preparation of debtors statements
• preparation of financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) which gets sent to our national revenue service
• daily recon of bank account
• preparation of budget
• preparation of cash flow statement
• supervision of staff members
• other miscellaneous tasks required by my Directors

Any objective point of view would be appreciated

My AOR- 11 sept., i have completed 7 months . Just got my GCMS today. No RR ....seems like my file has not been touched since 26 nov.
medical passed, criminality passed, eligibility met, security not started.
Any idea wt i can do now to make sure they do something with my file .... it is sitting somewhere accumulating dust...

Lot of us have eligibility met since Nov and no activity since then. Had the files moved properly we would have been done well within the time frame of 6 months. No idea why a simple FIFO system can't be used especially if they have no RR on a application

my application is so straight and simple... but idk why they r taking so much time.

Yes I called last month.. she said call back after a month.. i can take the followup...
so will call again nxt week ..

Etobicoke office did not touch the files for 5 and half months .then transferred to another visa offices fir processing e.g Vancover,Winnipeg..

I think even I am in same boat, Sep 14 AOR, have called cic three times every time they say that eligibilty is being reviewed with nothing negative in noted and criminality passed, security year to start, same status when I first called in end of feb, any suggestions, should I order gcms notes. Been in ip2 since jan 10
