Hey,
So my AOR was September 22nd, medicals passer, and RPRF paid.
Status says background check hasn’t started. I crossed the 6 month mark today, it says application is taking longer than expected and still the background check hasn’t started.
At this point, it might take even upto a year right ?

You can apply for GCMS to check where the hold-up is. My status changed to processing background check - 2 days before PPR. I got my GCMS today which shows there was no activity for 5 months. After the R10 & Eligibility check, the applications remain in limbo until a few days before PPR.

Don't lose hope!

Today I moved to IP2.
AOR Sept 17.

AOR 19 SEP.....Just moved into IP2 today (finally ). I just have 2 queries:

1) How long now could my application take
2) I am not the main applicant (my wife is). However in Oct when we were asked for ADR even I had received an email notification. So if we do get our PPR email (whenever) will I too get the emai?

Finally received PPR.

Haven't checked account for almost 20 days

Hello Everyone, I am wondering if anyone could advise me on what is going on with my application, I Found out through a GCMS note that I had review required on my POF and I sent an updated fixed deposite from my bank and attached a letter of explanation through a webform as it showed review required as it was $21 dollars short. I called on Monday only to find out that the additional information that I had sent was only added to my file on the 15th of March even though I sent it on the 13th of Feb and called that week and IRCC rep told me they had received that week and my AOR was 17th sept. Can anyone with review required for POF please share their experience when they updated their POF. Thank you.

that's really so silly to put people on RR for POF for such small amounts, delya them & create backlogs !
