Congratulations! My VO is the same with you. Last week, I got two GU and one update for extending my medical exam. And then I got a request letter.

My Vo is also Etobicoke, is it good sign or bad sign, any idea?

Hopefully I will get next month Aor 5th Oct. PNP Inland(AB) and VO - Etobicoke, no ghost update till now.
