After there is no update at all

In between no calls, no webfrm, no gcms notes..bit complicated profile bcoz we have a life ban from UAE bcoz of the same medical issue bcoz of a chest scar

Just tried to call CIC to speak to an agent and get a status update of my application.
At the end of the automated update, the IVR hung up on me, saying that the load was too high and that they were not able to take my call...

My aor was oct 9 2018
And he said criminality passed
Eligiblity took long but it is met but not passed ..or passed but not met he was confused when he was telling me this
And security was about to start
Also he gave me a due date april 21
Could anyone please tell me the difference between eligibilty met and passed
And the last question i send my passport for trv from alberta last week on monday
I have not recieved it could anyone tell me how long it take to get the passport back

Hey folks! I got a ghost update this morning. Called CIC and was told that it was due to part of my background check is passed, but that it seems like the application is going to take more than 6 months to finish. However, my Eligibility was also recommended pass so I am pretty hopeful I am in the clear and that it is just about waiting now while they finish the processing. Here's my timeline
