there are companies that order gcms notes on your behalf. i am also living outside canada. i ordered through https://www.getgcms.com. just follow their instructions. you just need to send them scanned copy of signed authorization form.

Its so frustrating waiting thought i will get ppr in 2018 but didnt happen still not sure when i will get ppr...

Cant really plan things...i dont understand as my case is extremely simple and dont see any problem from gcms notes why i dont get ppr this isnt fair

Btw, most people get ghost update few days ahead before ppr? I dont even see ghost update either

raised CSE few days ago and got a generic reply..

The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied, you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.

The background verifications are not in process yet. (although my profile was updated to BG in progress in early Jan)

does this mean that there's any RR for eligibility or it's simply in progress?

I called agent twice. The first a lady told me that my eligibility is in process (no more)
Second time i called, a man told me that my eligibility need "required review" i think is because my employment letter. So i ordered gcms 3 weeks ago. I am preparing extra documents to support my information even if they dont ask for. A girl in other forum did the same and 1 month after received ppr. You should ask if it is "review required" and with gcms notes will notice what is going on and what to send

I've got a GCMS generated in December where nothing was started, and an agent told me in January that my application was still in early stage but everything looks okay. I guess I'm going to order another set of GCMS soon!

It is better to do it just in case something is wrong and you can send extra documents for them to be more sure about your information

I have received an email on 23 Jan 2019 from Cairo Visa Office requesting an updated POF , first page of passport (biodata page) and height and eye color to be sent by email to their end within 15 days.
Can anyone advise what does it mean ? how far I am from PPR ?

Am a PNP applicant with following timeline :
AOR: 22 Sep 2018
MED : 22 Oct 2018
Biometeric : 24 Oct 2018
ADR : consent from my spouse that I have legal access to her money : 4 Dec 2018
File transferred to Cairo Visa office : 13 Dec 2018 (as per a phone call to CIC)

Congratulations to all the people who have received the PPR mails....lets just pray that all of us get the same ASAP....sometimes I feel like I'm loosing my mind and sleep over it, it becomes really demoralizing....

Have you taken the photos at Walgreens or any other place? Do they cut the photo into the size we need?

1. Better to have new photos else it may delay if the ask recent photos. so better to stick to guidelines. Do not forget to write name and date of birth at the back of each photo
2. Usually photo studio stamp at back of photos so all should be stamped.
3.4. in my case i just printed email and send with passports. I am not sure everybody gets same standard email or not. read it carefully one more time...
5. i think they will if photos are not as per spec

Exactly! Try calling them first since GCMS notes take forever

yes that's the email ID even I received from. If you receive an email then the format is bit distorted since this is a PDF message which is usually sent on the portal profile.

I received this email as a reply to a web form query and they mentioned that since they sent the email , my portal profile will not be updated with this message.

My only concern is Annexe A which needs to be sent along with the passports, is actually getting clipped when trying to print from this email message. Do you face the same issue ?

Sorry responding this late. I actually copy paste it into word, then download the barcode and insert it. Spent whole afternoon doing the tweak, so it could be fit in one page.
