I tried calling +16139444000 just a while ago. After giving some details on the application I selected the option for talking to an agent. Then it said all lines are busy and afterwards cut the call .

Can someone please share a way to get in touch with an agent for asking details of the application?

Yup and it further drills down asking me to select a specific VO outside of Canada. There are 3 options for India. Hence the confusion. :-(

Seeing June posts, I am afraid to get stuck in Sydney with an approved application and no PPR. I have also tried to e-mail NDVO and Ottawa. The former didn't reply, and the latter send an e-mail with an "application was not processed at the Case Processing Center – Ottawa (CPC-O). Please use the IRCC web form to submit your inquiry."

How far am I from getting the golden e-mail?

Why is Sydney so late on issuing PPR of approved profiles?

Same here except the ghost mail. I called CIC 3 weeks ago and the officer told me "congratulations your profile has been approved" since that call Nothing! I don't why NS is sleeping for the PPR mails. even London office started to move and sent PPR mails to my friends.

Guys, I need your advice.

My profile has been approved on 8 Jan (CIC call) and still no PPR email, 50 days are left at my profile and my Medical will ends at 1-Sep-2019

Now I got amazing flight offer that will save for me about 1200$ US dollars from my home country to Canada, that flight date is 15-June-2019. Unfortunately it's none refundable. Do you believe that my PPR email can be late till that time?! is it risky to book it?
