Hi, New to this forum. All the best to people like me who have been waiting patiently/ anxiously for the PPR and congrats to those who have received the same. After repeated attempts of calling the agents i got through yesterday and got to know that my eligibility has been met, criminality has been passed but security not yet started.
Pardon my ignorance but, can anyone please explain me what is difference b/w Eligibility met and eligibility pass?.
My AOR : 11 Sep
Medical clearance date: 08 Oct

Eligibility met means you are good to go but not yet finalized need to get confirm by senior officer

Background initiated means probably ur criminality has passed (in my case criminality has passed on background start date)

Once security changes from not started to passed and eligibility to passed i believe your application will be approved

Hey! Congratulations! Quick question, what is the time frame they give you to submit the physical passport? My AOR is Sep 1 and I'm really hoping to hear something in Feb but I am due to travel for at least 3 weeks in Feb My agent said they give you a month... just wanted to re-check. Thanks!

Hi. Are you saying we can still dhl in Nigeria to send passports not VFS?

Yes...There's the DHL option,I sent my passports via DHL to Canada High Commission. Ghana.

It's usually asked of people who are put into security screening. I'm not saying that's the case in your case but it's a possibility.
