You're not the only one that gets this ADR. A lot of Nigerians get it and I have never seen anyone send them via paperr. Hence the placeholder provided for you. Try the compression first and make sure the pages are all readable before ruling it out.

Thanks! Yes we checked again in our account in submitted docs, they provided 5 placeholders (maybe each is 4MB again). We just read the instructions in the letter, option 1 is send to email of Manila VO but file size is 2 MB. Option 2 is to send to a VFS (we are near this office so will not be a problem for us to send through courier or even handcarry). Option 3 is through cic account (we initially thought it was only 1 placeholder).
Those who received ADR only or this letter too?

One question to all who are planning to move immediately.How are you all planning to move luggage,by ship or any other means?And any limitations on the number of electronic items like phones,laptop and iPad when we travel for the first time?

I am confused if to sell my xbox one and buy one in Canada when I go there or bring this?

Also,I booked the new Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 bike and it would be delivered to me in February.Is moving a bike too much of a hassle?

You can definitely carry your phone, laptop & ipad but its suggested to take essentials only for 2 reasons -
1 is that transferring everything (including electronics & furniture) would be really expensive, even more expensive that the actual cost of items. Mostly people moving with family prefer to sell what they have in their home country and buy new ones in Canada.
2 is that depending upon from which country you come, not all electronic items will work smoothly in Canada as the volt required there is a lot different. For instance in India most items have 220v like in Canada its 110v.
