what are the chance of rejection after medical? wanna quit my job...

I really doubt CIC expects one to be held hostage at a job until your application is approved.
As long as you met all the work experience requirements you claimed points for at submission, you should be fine if you decide to resign. Some folks who are unemployed apply for PR and use any work experience they have from past 10 years period and still get approved.

I am FSWO candidate and paid full fees and now I cannot see any progress since 2 weeks. BUT SOME PEOPLE WITH AORs later than mine are receiving updates.

What might be the reason?

Same for me... Nothing to worry about check August thread for a lot of people nothing moved and in one day they went o IP2 and got PPR same day..
