I have called on the 1-888-242-2100 .. I was lucky to be able to get hold of an agent at around 340 pm. It may be hard to believe but while I was talking to her the line went off due to some technical issues may be, so she has been really kind enough to call me back and share the updates ..
My younger son’s passport is expiring in Jan 2019, although i have applied for renewal. Can it hinder to receive PPR? Or i will receive it regardless of my son’s passport status?
