AOR - 23rd September
Medicals Passed - 25th October
IP1 around the same time and then silence - No update.

I called now and the agent said that nothing new. The eligibility is under review and my file is in Ottawa and thats it.
It has been almost 6 months and still in IP1 Anyone in the same boat as me?

However, Eligibility Met, criminality and security not started yet as per GCMS. File last touched on Nov 11. No update since then.

You are right. I talked to an agent from CIC moments ago and he mentioned that the file was approved yesterday and email will be sent soon for landing interview. Finally!!

Finally finally finally....I have got the golden mail....it was a lonnnnggggg journey that started in 2016 and it ended today....I am so happy that I don't have any word to express.....thank you everyone for the constant support and being there every single moment....you guys made the wait really easier....thanks a ton

Tell me about it. I went through the excruciating process of interview, that also I had to fly to another country just for that and now I am stuck in ip2 with no ppr in sight. All CIC knows best is how to torture applicants.

Exactly so, they asked the father to sign a document imm 5604 and a explnation, then they are going to tell me they cant accept the explanation
