I am currently living in Canada, but i submitted my application in China.

I really can't predict that but it could take up to a month. But all I can say is hopefully it comes before the end of the year.

Sorry ! My bad .Its Nov 30'th . I developed the habit of checking it every night and morning . Nov 29 th Morning it was IP1 . 30'th Morning it was IP2 . Hope it will take 2-3 weeks for PPR .

CRS: 453
ITA: 25th July 2018
AOR: 22nd September 2018 (status was IP2)
Medicals passed and biometrics request: 22nd October 2018
Biometrics submitted and updated: 26th October 2018
Status changed from IP2 to IP1: 3rd November 2018
Ghost update: 30th November 2018

I have not received any email after the update nor has my status moved to IP2. Can anyone please guide what it could be?

You might just get the golden mail next, never forget the Ip1 and Ip2 stages aren't from IRCC. Receiving the golden mail is more consistent in most applicants timeline than the Ip staging.
