Hi Guys,

I had sent my application on Sep 11. It has been delivered on Sep13. I got AOR on Oct 20. Still I have not received IP. Should I be worried? Or do I need to call CIC? Thanks.

my husband also hasn't received his IP though we sent application on sept 12 and received AOR on october 17. we are applying from ottawa. where are you located?

Test date: January 10, 2018

How many oath ceremonies are held a year? is it certain times during the course of a year? or is it a monthly thing? I live in Toronto.

it varies from city to city, but you can find a list of upcoming oath ceremonies on CIC website.

I wish I know the criteria and procedures IRCC go through in determining which application to start with!!! Like is it random ??how come October (3 years applicants) got IP status while September applicants including me still have no updates with AOR on Sept 17... I dont want to contact them since they will say , it is within the process time of 12 months but I am really disappointed!

Because that's what CIC does. They did the same thing when Express Entry PR came into force. All who applied a month before got screwed.

Just be glad this is the last time we have to deal with them. Can't wait to get this process done with.

I think nobody gets email when it’s in process
