Although this thread is for September applicant, I applied in October so I thought I should share my time line too instead of creating another thread. Hope you guys dont mind.
They received my application on October 20th 2017 - Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Nothing after that...

which visa office is this? Process Oct 20 you mean "IN PROCESS"

Is there any important info in AOR document?
They did not attach my document and do not pick the phone up.

The only important information on AOR is your Application#

you already have other information like your UCI# and your receipt# so you can

use any of them to access your file online.

but i think you need your Application# if you want to contact IRCC concerning your citizenship Application
