But how is it that after decision is made, some people get their oath invites quickly, and some just wait forever in the same office (all in Ottawa in this case).

There are so many people here from different offices having this same question. We don't have a concrete answer for this.

I think there is only 1 center in Mississauga on Glen Erin and that is where I gave the test. I haven't got my oath letter so do not know the location of oath yet ..eCAS status only tells date and time of OATH.
