Thanks alxbux but you said before that outland time frame to get AOR is 64 days, since I am outland and has passed 67 days I asked you how and when to send them an inquiry.
we can conclude that the inland and outland applications has become both 90 days of waiting ....right ?

In my previous post I said average timings as per data provided by different OUTLAND applicants is 64 days, which I calculated personally. But in my last post, I said now-a-days OUTLAND applications are being dealt in 90 days, means both INLAND and OUTLAND applicants have same timings. I again say, this is my personal opinion it could vary.

I have submitted my application to CIC off and it reached on September 7th. I used credit card as mode of payment, if they do it by 3months of time, then my credit card account should reflect the debit of the application fee . I doubt they will delay further for September applicants . I am an inland applicant .
I have submitted my application to CIC on 22nd of September, 2015. I paid the PRF through one of my friends credit card on September 9, 2015. I asked my friend to provide me his credit card statement and it showed that CIC has debited 1400CAD from his card on next day (i.e., 10th of September). My friend is a Citizen of Canada and I am living in Beijing right now. I am a bit confuse after reading some posts here!! Do CIC normally debit PRF 2-3 months later?
