I am facing an issue in understanding the PCC procedure. Can anyone please help me with the correct information?
I need to obtain the PCC from ahmedabad-Gujarat. Now valid passport is on my maiden name. And after marriage I am not living at the address present on my pass port . For obtraining PCC from local police station and then from Reagional passport office, do i need to change my passport at this stage?
Or filling Personal Particulars Form (PPF) in duplicate will suffice the requirement? I am totally confuse and i am not able to find the solution?
PPF says that it should be filled if you are not living at your present address for more than year and I am staying at my in laws place for last 1.5 mnth.
Bt den wt shuld I write in my present address in the form..there is only space for one address... if i write my in laws address it will be diff from the one in passport..den cn make it a case of misrepresntation
I do not want to change my pass port because i have a valid visa of other country.
Its 98days gone past since PER but still neither 2nd line updated nor MR received.... what should i do? Feel so down, Am I out of the game? should I apply EE?

NO NEED to change passport. Current and passport address can be different, this is very common. I had same case.
You need to get PCC from PSK of your current location, doesn't matter what address is mentioned in your passport. All you need is proof of your current address, if it is different from the one on passport.
It is one month procedure as PSK will issue PCC after police verification.

Don't be dis-heart just keep smiling. You are not out of game. You are still in the game. There are few people who don't receive MR since 120 days. So keep patience. You will get soon
Is there anyone in the forum that has LVO as their visa office? There is a forum for LVO however there is a commonality that the applicants are from either Pakistan or Dubai and their applications are takings months to process i.e. ave 120 days from PER to MR. I'm struggling to find anyone on that forum who is from UK?
Is there anyone in the same situation as me i.e. UK applicant using LVO??
