I have observed some applicants of NDVO have received MR directly without getting AOR. Is this possible?
I received a number in my PER email against the payment I made. I believe its something else than AOR.

I received medical request.

Do I need to inform about my visit to Maldives to local visa office?

Received MR & RPRF request on 25th March. But no PP bio pages..... I hope this is normal.
Our time line
App received at CIC: 10th September
PER. : 23rd December
Second line : 26th February
MR & RPRF. : 24th March

Its OK. Unless they ask for no need to send any bio copies. All the best for your PPR

My assumption was the RPRF fee was for issuing the visa. So I thought it is a little odd that they are charging the fee without making a decision to issue the visa. What if the decision is negative? Will the fee be refunded?

Dont worry about the rejection at this stage. At this pont its just formal paper work. Pay your fee and wait for your good news. Wish a happy PPR soon.

Dont know whether to be happy or get nervous.. Fingers crossed till I receive MR..

From my experience it will take 30 days from 2 line update with NDVo to get MR . but who ever got there second line update and have not got any e mail from VO with in 2 to 3 days they are good to go

PLEASE ADVISE, HOW SHOULD I PAY MY RPRF ,IF I PAY ONLINE SHOULD I NEE AN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD.

I recommend to pay with DD I you are from NDVO.

Got my MR mail today. App received on 11th Sept. PER was on 31st Dec. NDVO.

In the photo request email, check at the end if the VO has put his initials. (3 letters like RIH etc)

No it just mentions:

LDN Immigration

whereas in the attached letter it mentions:

Immigration and Medical Services Division
