Can anyone suggest who to get PCC from mumbai/navi mumabi
I tried from passport office thane , but its difficult to get an appointment on the website.
Also can we get it from the nearest police station.

You need to apply on PSK website only. Also for PCC, you will get faster appointment. Dont see the passport appointment, check the PCC appointment date, usually u will get it in a week maximum. Also if your passport address is same as your current address, you will get PCC in a day. If not, then it will take a month to get PCC.
Well theres nothing to worry about, heres what u do:
1. Raise case specific query with NDVO with subject me tioned as URGENT, explain d entire situation n request for the refund. It seems to be an error on NDVOs part orelse both the DDs would have been encashed or none of them would have been touched..
2. N keep a tab on ur DDs sent to WVO it usually gets cleared in 15-20days however no one except ur bank that can tel u for sure..

A few more queries :
1) does 15-20 days starts from the day we submit the DD or from the day when deadline date ends ? like in my case it was 15th May'15 to submit the docs.
2) how long does it take to get DM & PPR from date of medical ? as in my case i had through with my medical on 17th April.
3) Do we get any receipt from WVO once DD is encashed ?

1. If 3rd line is updated – it means Medicals are approved & other background checks are on-going
2. OR Medical results are also been checked in parallel

Usually it takes 48 to 72 hours if the hospital has emedicals facility else it would take a week. However I recommend you to contact the hospital once if they uploaded your med reports or not. They might not share you the results will tell let u know if the reports are uploaded or yet to be done.

Yes you are right. For Quebec immigration in respect of CSQ, I heard that Rabat office are dealing with 2012 applications. Can you imagine? Federal immigrants should consider themselves very lucky with even one year processing time.
