need help
according to mail , I understood we should purchase only 2 CP xpress envelopes , complete the mailing label on one envelope and fold that in other envelope along with passports and dispatch to CPC-O

Yes you need to buy two envelops. The one that is being sent to CPC-O need to have your passport, the PPR email and the return envelope with your return address on it.

Also make sure the incoming envelope (return envelope with your address on it) is smaller sized and fits into the bigger outgoing envelope (with CIC address)
