I have applied in September 2011. NOC 3131. My application reached Nova scotia office on 6th September 2011. Still now i have not recieved any feedback...Does anybody applied on the same date got any PER??? my DD was not cashed by 25th November 2011.

my dear your NOC is safe dont worry you will be in cap , noc 3131 has been caped on 23rd Nov. so september applicants of 3131 are worried, so they are advised to wait so that situation can be cleared.

Hello sridev. We both r in same boot. Mine was also reachd cic on 30th sep under the noc 3142. I have not got any information yet. R u sure ur DD got encashed? Confirmed from bank?

yes thats wat i said. sep applicants of 3131 r waiting, so oct applicants like me has no chance for this year. even though cap reached on nov last week.

are u sure u r 30th september applicant and your dd was cashed on 10th novemebr , becuase its strange

Dear Paragr1,

Vinod is not only in, but very close to rcvng his PER. Its just a matter of time that mail hits his inbox.

His DD was encashed on 26th Nov as confirmed by the CIC call centre agent.

I have sent an email again about asking for the status..

Call CIC around 21st or 22nd Dec and ask for your UCI and file number.

I am not sure about sending mails back to back. Why dont you post this query on the july thread, you will get guidance.

Waiting game is nothing but the back log that has gathered in CIC and they are taking a lot of time to clear that. Now its Dec, bt they are still working on 2nd week Sep Applicants.
