If ur worried about something , the best is to go get a detailed blood test and find out of there is anything wrong with u before ur medical appointment.

I got an offer from Uni of Toronto, but it's extremely expensive!
Ok, let's see, if I don't find it good, will change it in the 2nd semster.
From what I've researched it is not that bad, and the graduate employment is good enough!
Well if ur done ur research then u should be good.
Dont reply on the Employment stats. Make sure to not stick to Toronto when ur done r studies. Move out west and u will find a job very easily.

Now coming to your serious question. I would say Waterloo is the best overall in engineering. Though for mechanical - U of Toronto is the top. Here are few links that support this:
