My wife is legally separated from her spouse but she only has the court order and not the divorce certificate. I am asked to upload her divorce certificate in my application. Is it ok to upload just the court order??
I mean she is divorced and I have court order that nullified her previous marriage. In India we do not get a Divorce Certificate but only a Decree. Is that good enough?

If she's divorced and has appropriate terminal order / decree stating that, than that's good enough for CIC. Canada gets a lot of immigrant and visitor applications from India, so CIC is likely quite familiar with Indian divorce decrees which is quite a common occurrence.

Hello everyone! I have a question regarding my divorce.
I divorced more then 5 years ago (it was 1.5 year marriage, no children). Since, I have no contact with my ex husband, all I know is that he is married now.
I attached my divorce certificate and its translation, it was gone well so far and cic do not need any additional documents.
The question is: will cic check on my ex spouse for some reason? Or cic will treat him as he has never been to my life since we were divorced for so long?

That's all you can do really. If you have raised a CSE and submitted the divorce petition, next step is to just wait for further instructions. You could try submitting the affidavit as mentioned elsewhere on this forum as well.
