I have a query regarding separated status in EE profile. Me and my spouse been living in different continents for more than 2 yrs now, can i mention separated in my ee profile?. we haven't filed for divorce but I did file my minor child custody and MC petition in the courts so I have the receipts. In case of an ITA what can i produce for spouse docs. I am not going to add him to my profile.
In case some of you question why I haven't filed for a divorce yet, I just want to be 100% sure before I take that step but that doesn't mean I wont focus on my immigration/career aspects.
