Hi all, I got the ITA today and have entered ee as legally separated. Spouse and I separated before I left New Zealand over a year ago, he moved to Europe earlier this year permanently. I started divorce application in May this year and divorce may take a while before official.
Question: In the post ITA questionnaire, they ask how the marriage ended with only divorce as option and the date. Which date do I put (that of separation, or that of divorce application filed).
I am planning on providing a LoE, a notarized separation affidavit and the copy of the divorce application filed and issued by the Ontario court. Any advice would be welcome.
