Do you guys know if the application gets separated into sponsor and applicant at some point? For my wife who is the outland applicant, she is enclosing a few photos, travel tickets, etc for her proof, but I (sponsor) have put together about a 120 captioned and dated photos for the entire timeline of our relationship as I am the overzealous picture taker. Will that be good, or will they be attached to my part and hers attatched to her part at some point, and end up looking like she doesnt have much proof of our relationship? Or does the package stay together as a whole for the duration and everything I include is going to work to the benefit of our application as a whole?
Since the family class requires that you apply together, your application will be viewed as a whole (both sponsor and applicants profile together). It doesnt matter who took the pictures-just combine the pictures and send them all in together as part of your supporting documents...
in Mississauga they are looking only on the financial side of the sponsor, so they don't need to see the proof of your relationship, it's only in the Visa Office of your country where they start evaluate it, and on that point they look only on your combined application, and actually more on the sponsored spouse side
For a spousal sponsorship with no dependants, or other accompanying family, there is no financial requirements of the sponsor though I thought? (unless I was on social assistance or something?)
I am currently on E.I. but have a good job I will be returning to eventually when business picks up again, and plan on returning to school next fall as well. Should I write this down for them in that regard?
