I have my application set up in 3 different folders. 1 is sponsorship application, 2 is permanent residency application and 3 is the proof of relationship. Should I have the photos of our relationship together from 1997 to 2012 in the proof of relationship or in the permanent residency application folder? Also the marriage photos, should I put them together with the rest of the photos of our relationship or should I paperclip it to the sponsorship application where it asks for attach any photos from the wedding section?
Or should I just group my application in 2 separate folders, 1 sponsorship, the other permanent residency application with all the proofs in the permanent residency application folder?
It doesn't really matter. I would have three folders, with all the evidence separate, as you first mentioned. I would also put all the photos together, and not actually attach any to the forms. They say no paperclips, and rjessome has mentioned that once CIC gets the forms they take all 'binding' material off anyway.
However, as long as the papers are in some kind of reasonable order, it should be fine.
I would put the photos in proof of relationship--that's what they are, right?
I organized my application with the sponsorship forms (and his birth certificate, option C etc, all the official documents) first, the permanent residency application (and my birth certificate, etc) second, and the proof of relationship last. Each section was held together with a big binder clip.
It should be fine as long as you arrange it in a way that makes sense.
