Hi guys. I am wondering because we need to send some updated documentse to missisauaga. We sent our application last may 2014 and recvd AOR last august. How do we send these documents? And will it be added to our file? Thank you.
yes there is rhcohen but the thing is what i needed to submit is a marriage certificate what we included in our application was a record of solemnization. Because that time we dont have our marriage certicate yet. That is why i really dont know what to do because the agent at CIC told us that we shouldnt submit anything unless they ask for it. We only got AOR last august and nothing more. I am scared if i send it it will just be lost and woulndt be attched to our application.
I believe a marriage certificate is a required document and you were supposed to send it along with the rest of your application. There's a possibility they might return your entire application for not including it in the first place, but there's also a chance they'll just simply request it from you. And yes, I've called Mississauga before and they won't accept any documents unless requested, it's only when it reaches the 2nd visa office that they will accept any extra documents from you.

thak you mikeymike. We are inland. The truth is we didnt know that a marriage certificate wuld come from the vital statistics. The one we send was what the judge just gave us. We didnt know this forum yet before. But we still submitted it last may with just the record of solemnization. And recieved an aor last august so i dont know if i wuld send in the marriage certificate Now with a chance of not being attached to our application.
You will only send a copy of the marriage certificate so why not try . Just make sure to attach a separate letter with all your personal info on it .If they don't attach it nothing lost if they do then you have gained a month of two of documents being requested .
