Please help and enlighten me:

I received email from manila immigration to send my passport thru nearest VAC. The nearest VAC for me is DOHA, since I am resident here in Qatar. I wanted to ask if I can send it thru VAC qatar and they told me the nearest visa office for stamping will be ABU DHABI. Will that be ok. Any help will do.
