As far as I recall, in the PPR email that you get, as part of the instructions it mentions that if there is a change of Address then to notify CPC immediately via email (I think this is mentioned in Step 1). If you are going to do this, I would suggest adding the word 'URGENT' in the subject line of your email along with your EE profile #, just so that there aren't any delays in you receiving your passport back due to this.

Also CPC sends out an automated response stating they take 20 days to respond to queries. It is believed that adding the word 'URGENT' to the subject line and adding appropriate profile info in the body of your email Such as UCI #, Name, DOB etc. expedites the process.
